| Tasting on our White Flight: |
Martin Ranch Sauvignon Blanc 2007 | First impressions show fresh, forward citrus notes with underlying hints of pear. A crisp and popular blend that pairs well with seafood, salads as well as fruits and cheeses. |
Four Graces Pinot Gris 2005 | Pinot Gris is a lovely balance of bright acidity and a hint of sweetness. This opulent mouthfeel is full of green apple, nectar and honeydew. Stainless steel fermentation keeps the fruit perfectly balanced with crisp acidity and a clean, minerally finish. |
Louis M Martini Chardonnay 2006 | If you are looking for that perfect buttery chardonnay then look no further! This is a great example of a smooth buttery chardonnay with a touch of oak. |
Castoro Cellars Muscat Cannelli 2007 | The fresh fruit and flowery aromas are just as intense in the wine as they were in the fruit. This wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif or enjoy the freshness with fruit deserts. Interestingly, it's a treat with very spicy foods. |
Jean Chartron Chardonnay Bourgogne 2006 | Pale golden yellow with green reflections. Aromoas are fine and elegant, fresh and fruity (citrus, apple, pear). Nicely oaked. On the palate the wine is tender, good balance between fruitiness, oakiness and roundness. |

| Tasting on our Premium Flight: |
Modus Operandi Cabernet Sauvignon 2004 |
The first observation with this wine is the impressive color of dark garnet bleeding to red. Immediately, the aromatics take over indicating the palate of what is to come. Brambly black and red fruit such as blackberry and cassis jump out of the glass. On the palate, a light touch of tobacco is an undertone to the elegant fruit, Asian spice and luscious mouth feel. Tannins are soft, polished, and subtle. The finish is accented by Madagascar vanilla bean and a hint of sweet French oak. |
Fess Parker Pinot Noir 2005 | Scents of black cherry, black raspberry and cedar, mingle with a touch toast of vanilla, forest floor, and cola. Flavors of cranberry, chocolate, raspberry, ripe cherries and spice provide a captivating bouquet. |
Kuleto Cabernet Sauvignon 2003 | 47% Cabernet Franc, 18% Syrah, 13% Petite Sirah, 11% Merlot and 11% Cabernet Sauvignon. Exclusively composed from Napa Valley fruit, the wine has dark fruit and spice aromas with a robust texture and full mouthfeel |
